Green Lab
My lab is interested in genome biology. We are particulary focused on genome sequence assembly and comparative genome analysis. Recent and ongoing projects include analysis of the Neandertal genome and the Genomes10K project.
We are also interested in applying high-throughput sequencing to address questions in molecular biology including gene expression, alternative splicing, and population genetics.
